I am so happy in knowing what I know.
I appreciate so much being present in this reality.
I appreciate that I am an eternal being.
I appreciate knowing I am forever and ever.
I appreciate knowing that the period of time I spend in this reality is only for joy, love, freedom, appreciation, and all other positive emotions.
I appreciate so much to understand my resistance.
I appreciate knowing I am only vibration, I am what I think, I am only my mind.
Everything I see is the manifestation of my mind and as long I have a lot of thoughts that go against the flow of well-being, what I see manifested can’t be what I want.
So the thoughts that go against the flow of my well-being are the thoughts that take me out of my alignment with my Inner Bring.
The thoughts that go against the flow of my well-being are MY RESISTANCE.
As long as my resistance stills the same, my mind is full of thoughts that go against the flow of my well-being, I even add more resistance, the reality I see can’t be any better.
To see things improving in all areas of my life I HAVE TO RELEASE RESISTANCE.
I have to free my mind of thoughts that go against the flow of my well-being.
So which are the thoughts that go against the flow of well-being?
The thoughts that push against. The thoughts of what is right and what is wrong. The thoughts that judge. The thoughts that criticize. The thoughts that blame anyone or anything. The worrying thoughts. The pessimistic thoughts. The angry thoughts. The habits of thought that are not letting me create new.
And to release resistance, or to free my mind from the thoughts that go against the flow of well-being, doesn’t mean I have to eliminate all those thoughts and become a saint.
That is not possible!!!
I am here to have resistance in my body because only when I can know what I don’t want I can know what I want. And I AM HERE TO SIFTER BETWEEN GOOD AND BAD AND CHOOSE WHAT I PREFER.
I don’t have to release all the resistance from my vibration.
I have to release some to see clearly my path of least resistance.
As I said in other posts, after a thought is active in my vibration, it has a feeling.
So something bad from my past appears in my present, I reactivate those resistant thoughts about the subject, those thoughts make me feel blame, anger, and other things like that. So I know I have to release resistance before that resistance will manifest in what I don’t want. I have some possibilities:
1. Go to sleep, which stops all momentum, basically, I have the opportunity to start a new life every morning until I think about who I am and what happened.
2. Meditation, which is quieting the mind, which is letting my Inner Being take control of my mind, which stops all the resistance.
3. Appreciation, appreciate everything, make lists of things I appreciate or I am grateful for, what I appreciate at who I am, at my body, at my house, at my food, at my people, at the people I see, at my job, at nature, at cities, countries, at money, at life in general, because that releases resistance. Those thoughts of appreciation replace those resistant thoughts so make them inactive, so they have no power in attracting something in my present.
4. Or I can simply change the subject if I catch it in the early subtle stages of the momentum of what you don’t like. Simply I think about subjects that make me feel joy, freedom, love, optimism, satisfaction, and other emotions like that, which also releases my resistance.
