Embrace what feels negative!

I decided to embrace my negative thoughts, therefore my negative feelings.

I realized that in this world it’s a must to exist negative thoughts and negative feelings. If we wouldn’t know what we don’t want, we couldn’t know what we do want.

It’s all about balance. There isn’t any fun to have only positive thoughts. That is no balance. That is a boring life with no expansion.
My life was not a balanced life, my life was a lot of negative thoughts and feelings, fact that made me manifest an unwanted physical condition.

For some years I try to get back in balance, to feel good all the time, and when I don’t I feel like I’m failing, but I realize I’m not. The negative thoughts that made my negative feelings are natural for me in my human form, that’s why I’m here to have negative thoughts, to live what I don’t like, to create an entire world with what I do like. If I would have only positive thoughts and feelings, I would be dead. I would have no resistance, I would be only love.

So my positive thoughts are as important as my negative thoughts.

I will not beat myself anymore and accept it as it is. I make a greater world. Which I will live.

I just know that pushing against others, judging or criticizing others is not the path to evolving that I want to take.
I have negative thoughts that can help me become a better and better person.
I choose to live a life mostly in sync with my Inner Being, not because I want to have physical things, not because I want to change the world, not because I want to change people around me, but feets so good to be connected and just know and love everything.
