The primary thing that we have to understand is WHO WE ARE.
Abraham through Esther is showing the example of being in connection with your flow of well-being. Is about being in connection with WHO YOU REALLY ARE and who you really are is your Inner Being, is the flow of Source Energy which is flowing to you, and through you if you let it, is Infinite Intelligence to which we all have access.
Abraham is teaching us to meditate every day, to take 15 minutes every day to quiet our physical mind and connect with our true nature. Is teaching us to connect with our Inner Being before we are doing anything important. To integrate our Inner Being into our lives. To become aware of our Inner Being, to be aware of our inside word.
A lot of people who are listening to Abraham are not hearing that they have an Inner Being to which they have to connect to, they hear only that they have to feel good and be happy. Feel good is not about judging others and just doing that because it feels good, or assassinating people because it feels good. A long time ago Abraham taught the emotional scale, and that emotional scale is going from emotions that feel really bad like fear, hate, depression, to emotions that feel really good like enthusiasm, happiness, joy, love, appreciation, passion, and freedom. And when Abraham is talking about feeling good is talking about those good emotions to which you have to take that scale to get to them. You cant jump from fear to joy. You have to feel from fear a little better–hate, from hate a little better–revenge, from revenge a little better–anger, from anger a little better–blame, from blame a little better–frustration, from frustration a little better contentment, from contentment a little better–hope, After your hope you are feeling good. And this is what feeling good is.
In the end WHY??? WHY DO I HAVE TO FEEL GOOD?
Because when I am feeling good I let the flow of well-being just flow freely into my life! To connect with my Inner Being, to receive the inspiration to do what is best for me.
