Release resistance. Resistance it’s about what others taught you. What others taught you are the beliefs that made the person you are today. The beliefs that are in you, some are very helpful, others are just resistance, limiting beliefs that aren’t bringing you any good, just blocking your flow of your well-being, and keeping you where you are.
To release resistance, you have to stop thinking about those limiting beliefs. You want to erase those limiting beliefs from your mind, but you can’t do that. Every thought you ever had still exists in your vibration. All you can do is make your limiting beliefs inactive. You can “kill” them. Your limiting beliefs can become inoffensive when you replace them with other beliefs. To replace old beliefs with new ones, you have to think about other subjects, about subjects you never thought about.
To activate new beliefs use your IMAGINATION. And use it often. Imagine your dream life and make it a way of living. It will also be very helpful to FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE END OF THE STICK about everything that appears in your way. And a very helpful way to activate new thoughts is by TELLING A NEW STORY.
Telling the new story means to tell it not how it is, not how you see it every day. Not keep regurgitating what is. Tell the story more how you want it to be. It’s enough to tell the new story to yourself, others don’t have to know.
