Joy is the goal!

I am happy.
I have everything I want.
Everything is mine.
Everything is ready to be delivered to me.

I am free.
I feel so clear.
I feel so good.
I feel so appreciative.
I appreciate my knowing.

I appreciate knowing that everything is about the direction where I choose to look. I can look at the absence of what I want or the presence of what I want.
And what I really want is not the lover, or the money, or the health.
What I really want is the joy I feel after I have the lover, the money, the health.
When I look at the absence of the money or the lover, I feel the opposite of what I will feel when the money or the lover is here.
When I look at the absence of what I want I feel unsatisfied.

I appreciate knowing that I have the ability to look at the presence of what I really want. As what I really want is satisfaction, I have the ability to look for things that make me feel satisfied.
I don’t really want a perfect body, I only want to feel the joy I feel after I have the perfect body.

To get to that joy is pretty simple. I don’t have to think about my body in a way that can make me feel joy, I can find joy in other ways. I can find that joy in other subjects.
I have to do what I like. I have to do what is fun, what brings me positive emotions.
To get to that joy I have to enjoy the journey.
I have to enjoy every little good thing that appears my way.
