It’s all about the conditions of my reality.
Everything I see, hear, taste, smell, and touch it’s about what I thought and felt.
What I was thought to think and therefore to feel has nothing to do with me.
I know that who I really am is what I am becoming.
Who I really am is who I want to be.
Who I really am is my desire.
Who I really am is not my reality, that’s my resistance unfolded.
Everything I don’t like in my reality is my resistance taking form.
Who I really am is peace and knowing.
Who I really am is fun and clarity.
Who I really am is appreciation and unconditional love.
Unconditional love not toward those things that I find wrong in my society.
That is forcing myself to do something I can’t.
That is efforting and introducing resistance.
Love should come easily, I don’t have to force myself and find the pros and the cons.
When love comes hard, when I struggle to love something people, situations, objects, anything; I should take my attention away from that thing and give my undivided attention to what is easy for me to love.
Like the sea, the sun, knowing, Inner Being, peace, colors, spring, laugh, beach, grass, looking up, joy, birds, clouds, trees, mind, understanding, light, wind, music, PC, meditation, mountains, art, love, dogs, food, perfumes, sky, information, house, imagination, shoes, cars, money, buying stuff, fries, pizza, babies, word, writing, happiness, silence, and other stuff like that.
It is not about the destination, is about the journey, and if I give my attention to my resistance manifested, my resistance will continue to grow and manifest in what I don’t like to live, so my journey will not be so great. When if I could give my undivided attention to these things I do like in this world, my journey will be amazing.
If I could not care about the conditions of my life, “this bad thing happened and so what? I don’t have this and so what???”
My attention goes only to beauty and love.
IGNORING what I don’t like.
