— When you are sad think about something that makes you happy.
Easier said than done.
— I know but with some practice, you could do it.
Right…
— What makes you happy?
The only thing that I have and gives me a positive emotion is MY KNOWING, other than that I have nothing and things are so fucked up.
I know it would have to be enough.
I know all my knowing is born out of contrast, I wasn’t a happy kid, I had to go trough difficult times, I didn’t have everything, and with all my knowing and expressing WHO I AM, I still am not a hero like other people who had everything, basically have no resistance and WHO THEY ARE is flowing freely through them. I have to work to release resistance and sometimes is so fucking hard because I can’t be an unconditional lover of life! The conditions of what I live are so ugly, I’m so sick and tired of them.
— And how you make those unwanted conditions disappear?
IGNORE…
— Exactly, you can’t change the conditions, from something that you consider to be bad to make something that you consider to be good, YOU JUST CAN’T DO THAT!!! You have to go about it in a different way. You have to deactivate the thought of the condition, and the only thing to deactivate thoughts that you don’t want is by not thinking about them at all 3 days in a row. And then you have to replace those unwanted thoughts with happy thoughts.
So as an example: Let’s say you have a disease or a condition in your body, in the beginning you try to not think about it, you go through life ignoring it, and when you feel just replace the thoughts of the condition with thoughts like My body is perfect, my body is so beautiful, I feel so vital and alive, I am so healthy, etc.
