I’m about to give you the secret of all secrets.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN ALL UNIVERSE IS FEELING GOOD!
This I knew, but I still try to find ways to make my resistance dissipate.
I still have a lot of resistance that can manifest in my reality in what I don’t like.
Resistance means beliefs and habits of thought that go against the flow of my Inner Being
Already feeling good and following my inspiration, I was inspired to listen to the book “Habits of a happy brain” by Loretta Graziano Breuning. I am not so much interested in what happens in the brain or in the world or things like that because I know, it’s only what I believe. But I find that is really helpful to know some details about the configuration of my body.
Basically from this book, I found that my mood is about the chemicals I release in my brain in every moment.
Because I knew that this book had to have a connection with non-physical and what I know about my well-being, I studied it.
So I figured out that when we have a small bad sensation in our body, like something we don’t like, a bad shiver, or something like that, we release cortisol or adrenalin, which represents bad chemicals, which represents RESISTANCE. And when we have good feeling sensations, like a good taste, or a good smell, or a great sound, or a cool touch we feel, we release DOPAMINE, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphin, which represent happy chemicals, which represent RELEASING RESISTANCE.
Basically, when you feel something is not ok, when you have bad sensations, until to feel the actual emotion, you add resistance in your body. In those moments until the actual emotion is there, you can change the subject, you can think and do things that can help you release happy chemicals, which are releasing the resistance of your body.
RELEASING RESISTANCE means ALLOWING.
Allowing to what???
Allowing your every desire to come into being.
Releasing resistance is about enjoying your life. Is about enjoying the NOW moment. Is not about doing things for your future. Is not about trying to make things happen, but about ALLOWING THINGS TO HAPPEN.
