Replace the thought of what you don’t like, with what you do like!

Don’t be against something you don’t want, be pro something you do want. It’s the attention you give to the things you don’t like that makes them live longer.

Anyway, we are pushing against thoughts, nothing really exists. And when we push against a thought, we are voting for that thought to stay.

If we want for that thought to dissipate, we have to remove our attention from that thought we don’t like and just replace that thought with a thought that we do like.

So as an example I will take the American election, everyone has the right to have his own opinions and preferences, but for the sake of this example, let’s say you are against Trump. If you think Trump is stupid, Trump is bad, Trump did that, Trump did the other, you give your attention to Trump and it’s possible to stay stick with Trump for a little longer. If you want for Trump to go away you have to move your attention to Biden, just replace the thought of Trump with things that Biden will do, you have to trust in your choices. I think some of Biden voters understood that. Because one who is in alignment with what he wants is more powerful than millions who are not. The results are showing it.

The contrast we’ve lived, most of all the beliefs in which we were raised, made our preferences, BUT WE HAVE TO GIVE OUR ATTENTION ONLY TO THOSE PREFERENCES IF WE WANT THOSE PREFERENCES VIVID AND CLEAR IN OUR LIVES.

Don’t push against anything. Your lack of attention to it will make it go away.
