When you find peace within you, you see peace in your reality!

I am one with my power.
I am one with love.
I am so in love with my life.
I am in alignment with love.
I love everyone.

I know that if I am not feeling any negative emotion towards the thing I don’t like, I send them love.
I don’t have to make myself love something that is not lovable, I only have to stop pushing against them.
I have to stop pushing against anything.

This is the way I let go and I love what I don’t like.
When I am calm and I focus my attention on those little beautiful things of the world, I love what I don’t like.
Because the bigger part of me, who I really am, is only love and when I am in alignment with it I am love, so I am loving everyone.

But when I feel fear, hate, depression, despair, anger, revenge, worry frustration, I am out of my alignment with LOVE. So I have nothing helpful to give anyone.
I have to look for what I want if I want to help someone.

If I want peace in the world I have to look for peace within me.
The peace within me is found when I write lists of things I appreciate about this world in which I live.
When I relax and I let myself float.
When I imagine all the wonderful things I have in my vibrational reality.
