Your negative emotion is your friend.

The moment you are feeling fear about doing something it’s NOT the moment to face your fears and do it anyway.

The moment you are feeling any negative emotion is not the time to act, that’s the time to chill out. The thing with facing your fears that so many teachers teach is just nonsense.

THE NEGATIVE EMOTION THAT YOU FEEL IS THE INDICATOR OF YOUR VIBRATION, OF WHAT YOU ARE REALLY THINKING ABOUT SOMETHING, THAT FOR SURE WILL TURN TO THINGS.

So let’s take the example of the virus. Maybe you want to believe that the virus does not exist, and you are brave and you show your strength, you want to show fearless, to show that the virus do not exists but you feel hesitant, you feel doubt, you feel a little fear, you don’t give credit to those negative emotions, you go on anyway, and then you do the virus.

Because your vibration is turning to things, and your emotions tell you before the turning that you need to change your perspective about the thing that is giving you the negative emotions.

That is what happened with me and the spiders, I was really afraid of spiders all my life, and until I changed my perspective about them they just scared me. And the moment I saw the spider was not the moment to change my perspective about them. I changed the perspective in time, when I was feeling good about other things and just look different at one spider or the other. Now I find spiders really cool, I find them really helpful and cute.

Your negative emotions are not something bad. Are not something you have to pass through. Your negative emotion is your friend. Your negative emotion is telling you something. Is sending you a message, just use it.
