Everything that exists in your life, your environment, your things, the people you meet every day, your friends, your lovers, your look, how your body looks, everything is a response of your vibration.
Because everything that you see in physical form has its own frequency and for you to see it, you had to offer a vibration with a frequency that matches it.
YOU CAN TRANSLATE THROUGH YOUR PHYSICAL SENSES ONLY THINGS THAT ARE A MATCH TO YOUR VIBRATION.
So your reality has to match your vibration. And if you don’t like something that happens in your life, in your physical reality, means your vibration has some RESISTANCE, which means if you want to stop things you don’t want happening, YOU’VE GOT TO CLEAN UP YOUR VIBRATION.
You are the creator of your reality, you can live whatever you want, you can choose to create by default or you can choose to be the deliberate creator of your reality. And if you choose to be that, YOU HAVE TO DO THE THINGS I SAY “you have to”. I’m not very friendly with that statement either, I don’t like being told what I have to do, but I understood that if I want different things to happen I have to do some other things.
So to see more things you like you’ve got to get rid of that resistance. That resistance is made of your resistant thoughts, your habits of thought that don’t serve you, your expectations that don’t serve you.
When you are splitting your energy, when you are pushing against anything, when you judge or criticize others, when you do things that don’t allow your connection with your Inner Being, you are introducing resistance into your vibration.
And to clean up your vibration, you have to stop doing those things.
