Is your attention that makes things present!

If you could not think about the subjects you don’t like, if you could stop talking of the problems of the world, if you could stop watching the news, if you could stop looking for things you don’t like, if you could deactivate from your mind what you don’t want, THE THINGS YOU DON’T WANT WILL DISSIPATE FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE.

It’s only the attention you offer to subjects, people, situations that keeps them alive in your experience. Because we are only energy, we are only our thoughts, so when we look at something for at least 17 seconds we activate it in our vibration and we will continue to see that something.

So we have activated something we don’t want, we just keep seeing that thing, keep talking about it, keep active the thought of it so it will keep alive that unwanted subject.

If you for example have a new partner. You are really in love. You flow your love to him/her. And that flowing of love feels way better than those subjects you don’t want, so unwillingly you don’t think about those subjects you don’t like, and like a miracle, those things disappear from your life, and the real well-being starts flooding your lives. This is logic, not magic.

If we manage to stop thinking about a subject, not talk about it, not watching anything about it, acting like that subject doesn’t even exist, for at least 3 days, we have deactivated that subject, can be any addiction, any habit, anything.

You actually can’t deactivate a subject, for example, you can’t deactivate the hate from the world thinking about that you need to deactivate the hate from the world, you have to activate the opposite, you have to activate the love from the world, maybe a little hard to find it but it is there.

We are so addicted to what is in this reality, it can make what I’m saying seem pretty hard, but you have to know and trust that is the easiest thing of all.

I love this Anda! Thank You! It is so true. I really loved the example of how to do: Taking away hate is not possible, but focus on the opposite instead, and remember that thought and ask ourselves the question “What do I prefer/want instead? in anything we don’t want to experience and catch ourselves in the moment by lifting up that moment to a higher vibration – that is the work and it pays off! 🏆🎊🚀🎖 Brilliant!
